Pinyin for PRC Minorities and Jyutping

The PRC has minority peoples.  Sometimes, they cannot read Sinitic logograms for Mandarin.  In lieu of documents with these sinograms, they can use Pinyin documents.  Pinyin is the Romanization of Mandarin—ABC.  Children in the PRC learn Pinyin, so they can learn to pronounce Mandarin logograms.  Jyutping is the modern standard Romanization now for Cantonese.  Older Cantonese know nothing about Jyutping.  With Jyutping, Cantonese now have an organized method for learning pronunciation of sinograms.
